Bad internet overall

Had problems before but today is the worst struggling to get more than 1mb download and and les than a mb upload issues in the site but my neigbours and evry body is having internet have been with rain for a while and now i rearly find that i get more than 20 mb download but my upload is less than 5mb but like i said today was the worst. My child needs to have a report ready tomoorow been struggling since 8pm now i had to go buy data with money we dont have just so she can finish her report uterly discusted with rain service
