Bad internet

I have had no internet for the past 2days and I am being told there seems to be no problem this will be escalated to our advanced team so that they can help. Advanced team comes back with nothing .The tower is undergoing maintenance with no notification from Rain to prepare a person and how long does maintenance take .This is unacceptable as I have paid and never late ,would highly appreciate my problem resolved today..🤬😡🤬🤬🤬🤬
