Bad internet connections

I have been using rain for years but since the year started it’s giving me problems. I pay each and every month I can’t use the internet it’s not working and to make matters worse I work from home and I use internet, last month I experienced the same problem it was fixed now it’s stopped working, I called their call center but those people are so clueless it’s really frustrating
