Bad internet connection from rain

My wifi supp**** by myrain has been on and off for 2 weeks even after reporting the problem several time, the problem still continues, I was told that the tower I am connected to was far, even after I was connected to a closer tower, the problem still continues. I have decided to stop the service and start using fiber.
