Bad Internet Connection from RAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad internet connectivity been running above 1000ms for over 5 days if you do pings and i'm the only person connected to this device i will urge people to stay away from this Service Provider their support does not exist they ignore you and never get back to you and let you suffer alone while they eat your money in the corners i choose to use them since i work from home but my work has been impacted so badly my performance is ruined.
