Bad Internet connection

The worst internet service I am very disappointed in the internet service that i have received from rain the the pas t 7 days. I am unable to download and I have conducted numerous speed test only to find out that the speed is at 0.21mb per second. They cant advertise false information about their 4g network when in actual fact its worse than the 2g network. Gone are the days when we waited an hour to load a single page. either my network is restored or i file a case against the service provider
