Bad internet connection

It’s been full four weeks now without internet but rain they still debit my money. I log many calls and and social via twitter abd they advice me to swap the route and they even said someone it’s gonna call me to arrange collection but no one contacted me but every time when I called they told me that there are busy with my query.
