Bad internet connection

I have been using Rain for a while now, but then since last week it has been giving me problems, I can not even surf the net without interruptions every minute, I feel like they should have fixed this by now, the service is very bad and poor. The network is too slow for my liking, I would rather use Vodacom and pay more.
