Bad internet

I opened a contract with Rain, the 101 arrived and it was very easy to install. The first 2 days went well with great internet service. After that the 101 kept on loosing internet connection and we moved it around to see if we just have bad signal but, nothing improved. I logged a ticket and support contacted me. We went through steps te see if it would help but nothing. I was told that my problem is logged with a tech to see what's wrong. This was one week ago and still waiting on assistance. Meen while we are loosing internet connection daily on and off and starting to wonder if it's worth it?
