Bad Internet

I am a Rain client for a few months now but recently been having very bad reception with some times no internet at all. Spoke to a lady yesterday by the name Ritumetse 07/01/2021 and she assured me that some one in the technical dept will call me, she even kept me on hold to communicate with that person whether she did i don't know because no one called me. Phoned again on 08/01/2021 and spoke to a lady called Tumi and got the same response that someone from the network dept will call me, and no one did. Also to be fair to rain they did try to sort out the problem in December 2020 by sending me an outdoor unit that did not solve the problem of the bad reception, and they are aware of it. Hence my complaint.
