Bad installation

Good day Rain team, I wasn't supposed to write here but then it turns out to be that's how I get helped 😌 🤷

Since January earlier this I have been contacting you guys regarding the router installation, how the installed it, its not good because I have got little kids in the house, the cables of the connections are on the way ,my kids always fall all the times, yesterday my child got hate because of those cables and its snapped out which messed up the connection in the rooms, Please, please, please would guys kindly come and fix, and I want the inside router Kind regards
