BAD EXPIRIENCE

I had enough of Rain! Since the 20th without connection, I had to write a review for them to contact me. This time I asked them to cancel my subscriptions, and they advised that I have to cancel before the 1st the consultant suggested that I pay, and then the Tech team will assist with reconnection. I called more than 6 times yesterday they kept dropping the call I just do not know what to do anymore I use the Wi-Fi for work.
