Bad experience with cancelation

I have been trying to call Rain for the past week trying to cancel my month-to-month deal to no avail. I understand inflation is a thing but I can no longer keep up with the constant price increases. Why do they even have a call center if calls never get picked up? It's even more frustrating because they removed the option to request cancelation on the website (its still there but I can't press it, I even tried it on different devices). I even wrote a comment on their website but they never responded nor called back.
