bad experience turned great

So I had the worst experience with Rain yesterday. I used to use rain back in 2021 so I went to the live chat channel and it confirmed that i can pay and I should be connected. Nothing happened after making the payment. Now I call the CS line and spoke to the worst agent ever called Ryan. He couldnt empathise, he was just sarcastic and refused to hear me out. I eventually asked him to transfer the call to someone else after he had been quiet for sometime and I got through to the best Sales lady every. She really made me have a different opinion of the company. She did what customer service agents should do, listen, empathise and go the extra mile to solve a query. She made sure I received the portal yesterday already and I was connected and able to work. I regret not getting her name as I would praise her here. If you guys find her. Please thank her for me and Tell her that God sees her work
