Bad experience indeed, appalling and dissatisfying at all ends. I ordered a second 5G sim and Wi-Fi router with rain, on the 2nd of April 2024, I paid an amount of R590+, on the 10th of September 2024, CCD Couriers contacted me, wanting to make a delivery arrangement for the device, and I told them, I am no longer interested. I contacted rain and requested a cancellation and a refund, on the 11th of September, someone from rain contacted me and advised that the cancellation has been received. I contacted rain on the 12th of September, to follow up on my refund, no one knew what I was talking about.
