BAD EXPERIENCE

On the 6th August I wrote an email stating that im not happy with the price increase, to date my email has not been rep**** to. Two weeks after that I went to your facebook which I also received feedback after 4days, the guy called me and I told him I want a manager or your retentions team to call me. Two weeks later still no call. Basically 6weeks of not being assisted. What a terrble service
