Bad experience

I bought the wifi router with rain and I was only connected once. I tried phoning with no luck, and tried their emails, and social media accounts but still nothing. To my surprise, they didn't stop deducting the money from my bank. I am not happy with their service, it is horrible and I would not recommend it to anyone.
