I have the same problem as last month, you guys have cut my internet yet again and changed my pay date to the 15th it was set to the 1ste ,I have made payment on the 1ste of May so therefore my next payment should be on the 1ste not 15th please someone phone me so we can sort this out this is getting worse every month
