offline since from monday I have been trying to caontact rain and no answer . Logged ticket and no response . I am so angry 😠 very bad

How long should we for ? It's been 4 days . I've tried calling you'r call centre no reply . You saying the tower it's down I can understand but for 4 days ? How do you explain this . I had to spend money on data . You're service is terrible
