Bad decision

Last year December I was debited twice, for the last three months before December I wasn't paying for their service and I was switched off, when these idiot found money in my account they debited me twice for the service I wasn't using and they are claiming that I still owe them after I asked them to cancel my service in December n I received an email in 3 days after i requested for cancelation.
