Worst service ever. They take your money and give you no service. Day light *******. Their customer service agents are *********** and don't know anything, they always escalate to the next person who also doesn't know anything . Disappointing service indeed.

Also explain to me why no one seems to know what the he'll they doing at your call center. Instead of coming to me with a response based on investigation being done You ask me how can you help me.
