Bad customer support service

Hi there I've just need to complain about the poor customer support service of this company . There have no support given ever since I layed many complains after struggling to get this wifi set up. Then I been debited twice for 2 days after each orther and was trying to cancel my order. Eventually Ram delivered the 2nd simcard after I did cancel it and have to send the courier guy back telling him to cancel my order up until today I wasn't refunded for that order being cancelled. And the orther thing is Rain needs to improve there customer service because when you lay a complain via there contact support system it's sends you a email stating that someone will get back to you and nobody ever does. I think they need some people working in there call centre and not robots.
