BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT

The customer service is BAD BAD BAD BAD. They do not respond in time. They do not even assist when you call. I’ve been trying to get a simswop for the past few months. Managed to get a sim from Clicks. I contacted support to help me activate the sim. The lady that assisted me told me they couldn’t find my details there’s an issue with their system they’ll call me back they never did. When I called back I couldn’t get anyone. I am still being billed for this whole duration of not using their service. It’s honestly disgusting and appalling to call them my provider , absolutely pathetic that I have to struggle like this paying for a service.
