Bad customer support

I got a call from Siya about my support request I made 2 days ago. He ignores my question about why it took two days to reply. He then says that he only saw it now (2 days later).This has been my generalexperience with Rain. Rain 5G is great but when something goes wrong, they take their time resolving it. This can be cripplingiif you're working from home and if your entire entertainment set up depends on the internet. For that reason, I'm dumpingrain and getting a good old fibre line - only because their turnaround time is better.
