Bad customer support.
Rain Wi-Fi is great never gave me problema the only problem is the support that it gives to its customers.
I have requested so many call back not even one has been answered to. I honestly want to part ways with rain because you're customer support is terrible.

I want to resolve issues regarding payment but i never recieved call backs. They called one and promised to call back again to sort payment out they never did.
