Bad Customer Support

Been trying to cancel my account since the 28th of October. Sent multiple emails, including DM's on Twitter and Facebook requesting cancellation, yet not getting any feedback or even acknowledgment of my messages. Why tell people you will respond in 24 hours if you don't follow up on that? Can someone please cancel my account as requested??
