Bad customer support

No customer support from the 11 june till now!very bad customer support...I have been trying to get a response from any sort of customer support...emails go unanswered and when calling in customer support waiting time is 40-60mins...only to be told that my ordered simcard is on the way!since the 11th of june...my order info has disappeared on the portal and no refund of any sort was received...cheap data yes...but no service at all
