Bad customer support

Rain is usually a pretty good ISP unless something goes wrong. I logged a problem that I’ve experienced before over a week ago and still nothing has been done to rectify it. I have packet loss of around 20-25% which makes work very difficult as zoom calls just do not load.

A week ago I recieved a call from the advance team that it is an issue with the tower and they will resolve it. It still hasn’t been fixed and each time I call I have to wait 30 minutes to hear any news. Today I was supposed to recieve a response from the advance team but have not received anything.

If they cannot sort this out I will have to change to a different ISP.
