Bad customer service,slow internet

Good day,i'm referring to Rain Internet Network.Their network is terrible,slowest of all the networks i have experienced before and dont throw away their customer service which is pathetic.I have numerous tickets from the beginning of the year where i have send messages,email and also try to contact them by phone,but no response.Dont ever use that useless network guys,i promise you will regret it.
