Bad customer service.need my double payment back.

I have registered with rain an they asked for my acc details which I did give than they said your parcel will be delivered in 5 working days. But than I got a email again saying the process is not done. I than said pay now again an now I double paid them for one order. They dont pick up they phones I was on a call with bonang an the call got cut. No call back nothing. I waiting nearly 20 min on the call an with sales agent who tried to put the call thru.this is bad service an I dint even use the product yet. They cornered two 5g devided without even asking or phoning did you need two . Like why would i order two
