Bad customer service they just don't care about whether you have signal or not but very good and deducting they money.not happy at all and this is not the 1st time I've been complain about your service

Good evening @ Rain I've been sending you guys emails privately but I don't get the help that I need, you guys don't even bother to respond now R625 is a lot of money to pay for a company that doesn't but they customer first or at least let them know that we have this problem we working on it nothing if you wanna switch of our network connection you just do as you please.I still don't have signal this is the 4th day now without signal my 2 phones and tv r up and with the low 2.4 g but it's not connecting I don't know whether you guys decide to hide the SSD on it so that no device can connect I think I had enough of rain know..any 1 that can recommend me a good company that offers unlimited wifi that's much cheaper than Rain
