BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE CUSTOMER CANNOT INTERACT WITH ANYONE FROM RAIN!

I bought a package with Rain SA and I cannot get the internet to work, and it is really impossible to hold of the consultant or get anyone to chat to. REALLY frustrating!
