Bad customer service - *********** support center/collection department

I have had the worst customer service with Rain; starting of with their support center and to them reconciling my account. To date my account is in arrears unnecessarily so, simply because they are not able to allocate/trace a payment I made after sending proof of payment a thousand times; and when you call their support center you talk to a different person each time who is unable to trace what you discussed with the previous consultant. Simply put it's as if they have bitten off more than they can chew . I have also asked them to close my account as it's useless for me to now have an account with them but I'm not connected; yet again they are failing to do so. With the little that I bring to their company I deserve to get my money's worth as they sold a service to me but I am not getting it. They promised to call me back within 24 hours and I'm still waiting, 48 hours later.
