Bad customer service- Overcharged Again!

I canceled my subscription last year for Rain Off-Peak 19 Hours, but I was debited for service last month. You had fixed my issue, and I only paid R625. Now, this month again, I am being debited R920, which includes a service (Rain Off-Peak 19 Hours) I didn't even use and unsubscribed from a long time ago. I tried calling for the whole day, but my calls aren't answered. This is totally unacceptable.
