Bad customer service
Canceled my subscription last year for rain off-peak 19 hours, but I was debited this month end even though I've never used those services again. Tried calling for the whole day but my calls aren't answered. Totally unacceptable.

01 Jun 2025, 16:42This is very frustrating, I've said it multiple times that I canceled my "19 hours unlimited off-peak 265 pm" a long time ago. Why are you still charging me for it? You don't customer calls and you also don't want to fix the issues that you as company create. Please attend to my issue.
