Bad customer service

Rain's customer service is so bad. Right now i am on a call on hold for 20 minutes without anyone saying anything or just getting back to me to tell me he is still there. We recently got rain wifi but it doesn't work on apple device like my son's ipad . So i was trying to find out why because otherwise i will drop it because that's mainly why i need wifi. If he couldn't help at least he should hace said so instead of just making me hold for 27 minutes now. Wow! So bad
