BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

i have been having problems with my internet and i will always report it. there has been no improvement. this month i have almost 2 weeks with a glitching internet. i was asked to send an email through facebook and nothing has happened. in the facebook email i requested that they check our tower as the problem is for the whole estate. since to date nothing is happening not even an update.

Matters worse is that the tower is next to house. (200 meters) and i am struggling. the only thing you get is apology from the call center staff and a sms that somebody will call you and that somebody never calls. we still expected to pay at the end of the month for services you didn't use
