Bad customer service experience

Since i ordered my sim card with Rain on the 20th of January i havent received it. They explained that if i havent received my sim card with in 5 business days i must contact them of which i did yesterday. No one has come back to me to check with Ram couriers what could be the problem i even screenshot for them to show what is happening with Ram couriers. Im even fighting with thw courier company too as they arw not taking this seriously. Rain should be thw one making follow up and checking what could be the delay. Philisiwe Magwaza was a lady who attended my query yesterday but today she has been quiet and nothing is resolved. Such bad service for wanting to support the service.
