Bad customer service

Bad customer service My account was debited today the 24th instead of the 1st of every month then I got credited and minutes after that received a sms saying technical error and immediately my WIFI also got cut Called Rain 4 times and everytime I get a sobby story The 3rd call while speaking to the lady she put the phone down in my ear ,how disrespectful of her

If you knew there were issues why not let the customers know. They promised to call me back and yet after more than 6 hours I’m still waiting. This is so frustrating not knowing what is wrong.They are all so never minded They promised me after 2hours everything will be back to normal yet I’m sitting here waiting like a fool

I asked to speak to someone higher and they said there is no one in the billing department that’s higher. This is very frustrating and makes me think twice about joining RAIN
