Bad customer service
I have been contacting Rain about my internet slow speed. I am on a 5G contract. I am not getting any feedback from rain. I dont skip my payments why are they choosing to ignore my complaints. This is not acceptable. My line is supposed to bt a 50 meg line but only runs at 0.20.
I would like this sorted out
