Bad customer service don't deliever
I enrolled for Fibre connect with Rain which was done last year my account was debited by sales agent I have never received device nor phone call of delivery I've been advised my query escalated every time I send an email stating 2 to 24 hour no one bothers calling me. I would like my money reversed immediately today

28 May 2022, 09:23Good day please note that no payment takes 7 to 10 day there is an option for immediate payment please note all my money needs to be refunded with interest for all these months close to 7 months and this can be done immediately this is pathetic service no one had the common decency to even make a call to me. I need this monies reflected today and I will make it known and take this to the ombudsman if I'm not taken serioud
