Bad Customer Service

Customer service is EXTREMELY POOR, I Amon a month-to-month with Rain, I have cancelled my service with them on the 26th of November 2021. and boom come the 1st of December, they go on and debit my account, when I send a query, there is no response at all.. you can't reach them at all.
