BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I spoke to one of there customer care consultants on the 27/09/2022, the consultant was rude and laughed at me when I asked her a question regarding the app for IOS, I then had to google to find out if there is an app for IOS Apple to which I was very disappointed to find out they do not.
