Bad customer service

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I have received regarding my refund request. While product issues can sometimes occur, the lack of responsiveness and follow-up from your customer service team is unacceptable.

Despite numerous calls to Rain to process my refund, I have yet to receive any reply or update regarding my request. This lack of communication is highly concerning and reflects poorly on your business practices
