Bad customer service

Will not in a million year recommend any one to use Rain services.....Extremely bad customer service

Still struggling with Rain services they need to cancel the mobile 4g packed and I will use the 5g home line package that is not done they confirmed that I will only pay R649 month to month but now this morning the 1st of November the amount is R764 I really don't know what I am.dealing with...please help as this is causing unnecessary stress. I regret the day I signed up with Rain instead of considering other reliabl internet service providers....please help

Why is rain doing this yesterday the 1st November I paid R649. 00 for home line 5G and today my service was suspended that I owe R115 what is the R115 for as this is a month to month service and as per advert 5G home line is R649..... This is false advertising
