Bad customer service

I heard about the network being slow and all that but in never hear about their extremely poor customer services. I ordered a router on the 9th of October saying it will be delivered within 3-5 working days. By the 16th of October it hasn't been delivered and was reordered, delivery was scheduled for today 19th of October between 10:00 and 12:00 through CCD Couriers without any notice after 13:00 i was told that my order was canceled by Rain without any explanations. I did expected more from them especially me as a first time client.
