Bad Customer service, but on time for Debit orders!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

I recently upgraded to a 5G and I haven't had network from Friday afternoon and its Monday today, and i have been calling rain almost everyday and i have been told 1 and the same thing when ever i call "The towers in my area are down" and today first consultant hung up on me after making me hold for almost 10 minutes, and i called again told them my problem and same old answer, "Towers are down" I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he will get back to me, his name is Dumisani and i am still waiting for his call even now. I don't know if i should go there myself and fix them or what, same thing happened last month, but was still charged same amount and same thing will happen again. Rain is just pathetic and i will make sure none of my friends join.
