Bad Customer Service

I am having the worst experience with rain South Africa. They are so quick to sell you the product but their customer service is pathetic. I got my device and after more than an hour of plugging it's around the house for network, they told me there is a network problem. Please note that this was the 7th of Jan. They promised to send out the courier to came to collect the package and now on the 27th I am still waiting for them to come and collect and not responding to my emails at all.
