Bad customer service

I ordered and paid for the 5G Router which was scheduled to be delivered within 3 working days. I didn't receive any commication about the order until I contacted them on the last day it was supposed to be delivered.Only to be told to wait for another 2 working days for the order I still haven't received. Rain customer service is at the bottom of the barrel. I doubt I would have received the order if I didn't follow up with them.
