Bad Customer Service
It’s been over a month since I purchased rain’s useless router and it hasn’t worked a day. I’ve been requesting for a cancellation but nothing has been done. This is the worst network provider. They always say they’ll call back by they never do. Very very poor customer service I’ve ever encountered.
